Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We offer a 10% monthly discount to all active/retired military and current students of Tennessee Tech University. Also, we offer a 5% monthly discount to senior citizens aged 65 and over. Please call us to inquire about receiving any of these discounts.

How do I pay my storage bill?

Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.

Do you offer drive-up access?

Absolutely. We provide convenient drive-up access for easy loading and unloading.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

Is there dedicated parking for my RV, car, or boat?

Yes, we have both indoor and outdoor dedicated parking spaces for your recreational vehicles, cars, and boats.

Can I access my storage unit 24/7?

Yes, we offer 24-hour access for your convenience at our Cookeville location.

What items am I not allowed to store?

Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.

Yes, you can easily reserve a storage unit on our website. Simply select your desired unit size and follow the prompts to complete the reservation process.
